How long does a restring take?+
Standard turnaround is 3 to 7 days. I string all racquets using a machine at my friend's house, which I head over to once a week.
If you need your frame back faster, I offer a 48-Hour Express Turnaround for an extra $10 to cover the time and gas required to make a special off-schedule trip.
Do hybrid setups cost extra?+
No. We charge a single, flat labor rate for every job. The labor cost is identical whether you want a full bed of standard synthetic gut or a complex hybrid setup with varying tensions. Your final price is simply our flat labor rate plus the retail cost of the specific strings you select.
How do I drop off my racquet?+
Once you submit a booking request through our Contact page, I will text or email you directly to arrange a convenient drop-off time and location. Because this is an independent, local service, drop-offs are coordinated personally to fit both our schedules.
Can I provide my own string?+
Absolutely. If you already have a reel or a specific pack of string you prefer to play with, you can provide it when you drop off your racquet. In this case, you will only be charged the flat labor rate.
